Chairman Callahan called for the <br />public hearing for Gordon Hedlund's variance application to <br />permit the construction of a new residence. Building & <br />Zoning Administrator Gaffron noted the affidavit of <br />publication and the certificate of mailing. Robert & Sue <br />Bilger of 4005 North Shore Drive were present from the <br />audience for this public hearing. <br />Assistant Toning Administrator Gaf "ron noted that the lot is <br />partially located within the R-IC -d LR-lB zoning <br />district. Gaffron rioted that Plannine mission should <br />decide first what zoning district stantla. .a should apply to <br />this application. <br />Kel ley asked a. out the surrounding lots in the neighbr,nccod <br />and felt that t,.e zoning should match the surrounding lots. <br />Assistant Zoning Administrator Gaffron stated that the <br />surrounding lots are mostly half -acre. <br />
