The following points might be used in a resolution of <br />approval if you desire to approve this application: <br />1. A structure previously existed on the property. <br />2. Sewer is available and has been assessed to the <br />property. <br />3. No other land is available to combine with the <br />parcels. <br />4. Proposed structure can meet all required setbacks and <br />hardcover requirements. <br />A resolution incorporating your findings and action will be prepared <br />for your next meeting. <br />
