Councilmember Grabek voted <br />nay. <br />James Hoff also nocad that ' t becomes a dangerous situation <br />with the lakeshore when s,,,:�ll children are in the lake and the <br />lakeshore cannot be seen from his home. Building & Zoning <br />Administrator Mabusth ex fined that the applicant seeks a <br />variance t-- the aver.a, lakeshore setback line for <br />constructio,. of a new residence. Nabusth stated that the <br />applicant has worked out with the neighbors the setback line <br />and that the neighbors have agreed to the 17' extension in the <br />average lakeshore setback. Mabusth stated that the <br />applicant also requests that the existing home be allowed to <br />stay on t property until the new 'come is completed. <br />Richard Kauffmann sta`_ed that hc- act 1;- is iot ted <br />101' from the lakeshore. <br />Councilmember Graoek moved, Acting Mayor Frahm seconded, to <br />approve Resolution #1775, A Resolution approving a variance <br />to the average lakeshore: setback line.
