Building 4 <br />Zoning Administrator Gaffron noted the affidavit of <br />publication and the certificatE of mailing. Robert & Sue <br />Bilger of 4005 North Shore Drive were present -rom the <br />audience for this public hearing. <br />Assistant Zoning Administrator Gaf f ron noted that the tot is <br />partially located within the LR--1C and LR-.1P, zoning <br />district. Gaffron noted t'at Planninc; Commission should <br />decide f irst what zoning list ict standards should apply to <br />this application. <br />Yelley a::kecl about the surrounding lots in the neighborhood <br />and felt that the zoning should match the surrounding lots. <br />Assistant Zoning Administrator Gaffron stated that the <br />surroundi.nq lots are me -tly half -acre. <br />
