Johnson's / ion in Orono to determine if any <br />previous filling was done to the bank nt., the lake. <br />The soil boring locations are shown on the attached drawing. Boring # 1 <br />indicated that no filling was done and so did boring # 5. Cement blocks were <br />encounterd in boring # 2 at a depth of 3 feet indicating fill to at least that <br />level. Reddish pieces of brick were encountered in boring # 3 at a depth of 3 <br />feet indicating fill at that depth and boring # 4 had fill material to the <br />1.5 foot i,�vel. <br />If tnere are any questions concerning the borings, please contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br />COFFIN & GROONBERG, INC. <br />Mark S.
