The placement of the fence so close_ to the <br />t r a ve 1 i ed road of County goad 15 wa s approved by the Count y in a spec. i a 1 <br />agreement enclosed for your review (see Exhibit G). The fence runs <br />parallt.l to the shoreline and appears to have been constructed without an <br />access gate or opening. The City maintains a lake access located to the <br />north of applicant's lakeshore parcel and to the south of the parcel exists <br />another residential used property. <br />The public accesss is 25 feet wide and serves as a wintRr access tc <br />:smiths Bay. Review Exhibit I, the City resolution that plar•, 3 limits on <br />the use of this access. Staff has taken photographs of the entire area for <br />your, review at our meeting. <br />
