City (if ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />1. The maximum hardcover allowed on this property is 36.5% <br />or 3,012 square feet in the 7')-350' zone. Applica:t is placed <br />on notice that future requests for additional hardcover on <br />the property will likely be approved only with concurrent <br />removals of existing hardcover. <br />2. Applicant shall remove all hardcover in excess of 3,012 <br />square feet prior to a certificate of occupancy for the <br />proposed additions. <br />3. Authorities granted by this variance run with the <br />property not with the applicant, but are permissive only and <br />must. be exercised by application fora building permit within <br />one year of the date o Council approval, or this variance <br />will expire on that e.i-e (October 28, 1985), <br />4. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms ::id <br />conditions of this variance shall constitute a violation of <br />the zoning code, shall automatically terminate any authority <br />granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />5.
