B. <br />Pursuant to Section F 3, subd. 5 of Orono Zoning <br />Code, a dock is an accessory u-c in this particular zoning <br />district. The import of this requirement is that a dock could <br />not be constructed on this property a:il-hout first obtaining a <br />variance or until a primary structure w Le constructed on the <br />adjoining property.
