City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ASSESSMENT <br />FOR SANITARY SEWER - PROJECT 83-1A <br />ON PROPERTY OWNED BY THE <br />FRESHWATER BIOLOGICAL INSTITUTE FOUNDATION <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono directed <br />at its September 23, 1983, meeting that Project 82-1 be prepared, <br />WHEREAS, a portion of Project 82-IA was al loted to be <br />i = .d 1-y the Freshwater Biological Institute Foundation for its <br />I ies. <br />WHEREAS, the assessment unit totals 23.54 acres is <br />$2,Jb0/acre for a total of $47,080, to be assessed over 5 years <br />a: 9.2% interest. <br />NOW, THEREFORE HE IT RESOLVED, that the assessment for <br />Project 83-1 be spread against the sole affected property owner, <br />the Freshwater Biological Institute Foundation. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, <br />Minnesota at a regular meeting held October 28, 1985. <br />ME:ry C.
