During this <br />inspection, the dock has bean found to be in violation of the follow- <br />ing City ordinances: <br />1) Dock constructed on City right of way. west Ferndale is 66' wici��. <br />anu we measured 33' frog center line of road, which put us half y-� ' <br />out on the dock in the water. <br />2) Construction of the dock was done without required permits; t.h" <br />City would have explained the problem at that tin(. <br />3) Orono zoning code requires that a principal structure i on the <br />property before an accessory struoture can be construct J.
