Proposed motions on the bottom <br />of the agenda are done as aid to the Recorder in order to aid in <br />he: minute keeping, particularly those items un the consent <br />agenda. It is not intended that this should inhibit any of the <br />Councilmembers from altering motions :)r proposing motions <br />entirely contrary to the proposed motion.
