At EArrb. <br />The drainage pattern changes requested by Mr. Dave Nitz at 725 South Old <br />Crystal Bay Road seem reasonable with the following modifications. <br />The drainage swale from the west should ike completed as indicated on the plan. <br />The ponding area can be moved 125 feet north as requested- The pond rhould <br />provide 10,000 cubic feet of storage between the high water line and the nor- <br />mal water line. The pond outlet should be set approximately 0.75 feeE above <br />the drainage culvert near County Road 84. The pond should be controlled with <br />an 8 inch PVC outlet pipe. The excess flow would be allowed to flow over the <br />natural berms formed by the excavation. <br />Drainage easements should be provided over the pond and continue out to Far - <br />view Lane as shown.
