Background: <br />The Orono Police Department on behalf of its Prosecuting Attorney is renewing its Joint Powers <br />Agreement (JPA). The JPA with the City of Orono on behalf of its Prosecuting Attorney and <br />Police Department needs to be updated. <br />3. Staff Recommendation: <br />Recommendation to approve the State of Minnesota Joint Powers Agreement with the City of <br />Orono on behalf of its Prosecuting Attorney and Police Department along with other supporting <br />documents and resolution. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Motion to approve the following items: 1) Master Subscriber Agreement and 2) State of Minnesota JPA <br />with City of Orono on Behalf of its Prosecuting Attorney - Resolution #7652. <br />Exhibits <br />A.
