Purpose: <br />The purpose of this action item is to approve licenses for the sale of tobacco. <br />2. License Applicant(s): <br />The following establishments have submitted applications for tobacco sales licenses: <br />Station <br />Stationstore 2746516 <br />V Stationstore 2746515 <br />Hill Golf Club <br />avarre Minnoco <br />Item: 3 <br />160 Wayzata Blvd <br />340 Shoreline Dr <br />420 Shadywood Dr <br />25 County Road 6 <br />360 Shoreline Dr <br />City approval and establishment insurance information will be shared with the state for <br />certification/approval and the licenses will authorize sales through January 31, 2027. <br />3. Staff Recommendation: <br />Approve the licenses. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Consider a motion to approve the tobacco sales licenses, contingent on complete application <br />requirements. <br />24 <br />
