CITY OF ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO.7520 <br />WHEREAS, following the hearing and consideration of the proposed vacations, the review <br />of the Zoning File #LA24-000030, and the recommendation of the Planning Commission, the <br />Orono City Council has determined that the Existing Public Easements are not needed for public <br />purposes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Orono that the <br />Existing Public Easements are hereby vacated. <br />ADOPTED by the Orono City Council on this 28'" day of October, 2024. <br />Clerk <br />V m <br />2 <br />CITY OF ORONO: <br />Dennis Walsh, Mayor <br />
