If rlraintreld replacement is necessary, soil testing will usually be required, and a design and site plan <br />must be subm tied for review Yoiu contractor must obtain a permit before work is started. <br />SYSTEM CONDITION ( [Z Checked items may require your action: <br />Tank inspection indicates <br />❑ Pumpout not needed at it, s time. <br />❑ Solids accumulation in tanks indicates they should be pump- <br />ed out this year to help prevent future problems. <br />❑ Solids accumulation in tanks is at a critical level. Tanks <br />should be pumped out as soon as possible. <br />❑ System is discharging to surfece. Tanks must be pumped <br />within 48 hours to eliminate surface discharge. <br />Cl Inspection risers missing —tanks could not be insiw cted. <br />Inspection risers (4" dia. pipe) must be installed in each tank <br />at next pumpout.
