The fee for completing this form would be $5.00. <br />I would like to implement this on January 1, 1986. On November <br />1st the City would send a letter to all the real estate companies <br />doing business in the Lake Minnetonka area informing them of the <br />fee for completing the form and the only questions we would <br />respond to via the phone would be the P.I.D. number and current <br />taxes. <br />
