COUNCIL MEE�il�� <br />TO: Mark Bernhardson, City Administrator <br />SFp23193.5 <br />FROM: Joan Lattin, Assistant Finance Director �" <br />DATE: September 19, 1985 <br />SUBJECT: Umbrella Insurance <br />We have replaced our cancel l E?d umbrella policy of $5,000,000 with <br />coverage of $1,000,000 through the League of Minnesota Cities <br />Insurance Trust. The premium for this policy is $10,000 as <br />opposed to the $5,000,000 policy which was $6,500. <br />The League has excluded the following coverages: <br />1. Absolute pollution <br />2. Exclusion of care custody and control <br />3. Exclusion of underinsured and uninsured motorist <br />4. Exclusion of public officials E and O <br />5. Exclusion of liquor liability at the Golf Course and <br />Orono Off Sale store <br />6. Municipality endorsement <br />I have explored placing this policy with other agents who have <br />several good surplus lines.
