Memo #85--34 <br />TO: Mark Bernhardson, City Administrator <br />FROM: Tom Kuehn, Finance Director <br />DATE: September 9, 1985 <br />SUBJECT: Revenue Sharing Eudget Hearing <br />On Monday, September 9, 1985, Council will hold a public hearing <br />at 7:00 p.m. concerning the proposed uses of Federal Revenue <br />Sharing monies within the General Fund proposed budget of <br />$2,244,905. The proposed uses of the revenue sharing monies are <br />for public safety personal services support within the police <br />department. As you are aware 1986 will probably be the final <br />year that we will receive revenue sharing grant monies. <br />Therefore we should expend all available monies to insure a clean <br />cut off and to simplify the accounting and audit processes. <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: Mark Bernhardson, City Administrato <br />Forwarded recommending approval. <br />
