City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />1 continued. The net resulting hardcover then is 4529 <br />square feet (40.8%) in the 75-250' zone and 1978 square feet <br />(21.6%) in the 0-75' zone. Applicant is placed on notice <br />that the hardcover may never exceed these resulting, amounts, <br />and that any future proposals for additional hardcover may <br />not be approved and might be approved only with concurrent <br />removals of existing hardcover. <br />2. Council additionally grants approval for applicant to <br />construct a driveway backup apron not to exceed 300 square <br />feet, which addition of hardcover shall be concurrent with <br />the removal of an equivalent area of hardcover on the <br />property at such time the apron is constructed. <br />3. The applicant is placed on notice that the existing <br />boathouse structure in the 0-75' zone is considered a non- <br />conforming structure and is subject to the pertinent <br />ordinances. <br />4. Authozities granter3 by this variance run with the <br />property not with the applicant, but are permissive only and <br />must be exercised by application for a building permit <br />within one year of the date of Council approval, or this <br />variance will expire on that date (August 26, 1986). <br />5. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and <br />conditions of this variance shall constitute a violation of <br />the zoninq code, shall automatically terminate any authority <br />granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />6. The undersigned applicant has read, understood and here- <br />by agrees to the terms of this resolution and on behalf of <br />himself, his heirs, successors and assigns, hereby agrees to <br />the recording of this resolution in the chain of title of <br />the property. <br />Adopted by the Orono City Council on this 26th day of <br />August, 1985. <br />ATTr.
