The proposal <br />will take approximately 370 cubic yards of excess fill from the <br />sewer installation, raising the Curtis's back yard an average of <br />1' to 21. This will also help to channelize the neighborhood <br />drainage flow between the Jentilucci and Curtis properties. <br />This is not a designated wetland area, but merely a low <br />intermittent collection area. The City Engineer has drawn up the <br />plans. Staff recommends approval per the attached resolution. <br />
