Bill Fenholt provided the Board with an update regarding teacher negotiations. <br />He stated that ten planning and negotiating meetings have been held and the pro- <br />cess is just beginning. Mr. Fenholt stated that he has not met with the secre- <br />taries as yet but will do so in the near future and report back to the Board <br />commit tee. <br />UPON MOTION by Kitty Crosby, seconded by Jim Franklin, milk bids are to be <br />secured for the 1985-86 school year. <br />UPON MOTION by Kitty Crosby, seconded by Jim Franklin, the bills as covered by <br />vouchers 048507 through 048532 and 047815 through 048033 (048034 through 048037 <br />held for 1984-85 vouchers) and 048038 through 048083 were approved as presented. <br />UPON MOTION by Lucie Taylor, seconded by Jim Franklin, the meeting was recessed <br />at 8:10, it was reconvened at 9:DO p.m. <br />A presentation was given by Dr. Clifford Hooker and Dr. van Mueller of the <br />Departunent of F cation Policy and Administration, University of Minnesota, <br />expla'ning their :onsultant services in regard to the District's search for a <br />superintendent.
