City Of ORONO <br />RESOLUTIOM OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 1620 <br />A RESOLUTION CONCERNING CHARGES FOR THE USE <br />OF SEWER SYSTEMS IN AREAS SEWERED BY LIFT STATIONS <br />16, 17, t8, 113 6 i22 <br />BE IT RESOLVED that for the purpose of paying for the <br />construction of the forcemain by-pass, and enlargement and improve- <br />ment of the sewer system, in order to provide capacity for future <br />development in Lift St, '.ions 116, 117, 18, #13, and #22 areas, the <br />City Council shall impose, as a just and equitable charge for the use <br />and for the availability of such facilities and for connection <br />therewith, the amount of $1,345 per unit to be paid upon issuance <br />of a building permit for a new structure or upon modification of an <br />existing use which use will or does result in an increase discharge <br />of sewage. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a <br />regular meeting held April 9, 1984. <br />Attest:���� <br />Alberta M.
