i.. �, _. ... <br /> �___._ . <br /> �� �� � � . <br /> � o 0 <br /> ��b. - CITY of ORONO <br /> � � � <br /> �� p'�' � AESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> ��sxo�`'� � NO. � 3' � � <br /> A RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EXTENSION OF <br /> PRELIMINARY PLAT A.PPROVAL <br /> FOR A PLAT PROPOSED AT 325 WILLOW DRIVE NORTH <br /> FILE NO.2450 <br /> WHEREAS, on January 25, 1999 the City Council of the City of Orono adopted <br /> Resolution No. 4230 granting preliminary plat approval of a plat proposed by applicants Glenn M. <br /> Gronberg and Sandra L. Gronberg involving the properiy located at 325 Willow Drive North; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Council adopted Resolution No.4610 approving an extension for <br /> the plat approval to extend thru the year 2001; and <br /> � <br /> WHEREAS,the applicants have advised the Council that they are not completing <br /> the plat because the property proposed for platting is subject to MnDot acquiring the property for <br /> • ponding and right-of_way for the new Highway 12 extension; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br /> Orono that the effective period of preliminary plat approval for Glenn M.and Sandra L. Gronberg's <br /> proposed plat of property located at 325 Willow Drive North as originally approved per the <br /> conditions of Resolution No. 4230, adopted on January 25, 1999, and extended to 2002, is hereby <br /> extended one additional year to February 26, 2003. <br /> .
