USE PERMIT <br />RESOLUTION #1823 <br />#938 ROBERT NASH <br />1020 TOWNLINE ROAD <br />VARIANCE <br />RESOLUTION i1824 <br />Lynn & Lary Gardner were present for this matter. <br />Asst. Zoning Administrator Gaffron explained the <br />applicants' request to A) regrade the lakeshore to conform <br />more nearly to its original contours and B) remove various <br />trees in lakeshore yard. Gaffron noted the Planning <br />commissions recommendation of A) approval subject to erosion <br />control measures and B) removal and replacement of 4 <br />overhanging trees only. <br />City Engineer Cook indicated that there would be no drainage <br />problems. <br />It was moved by Councilmember Adams, seconded by <br />Councilmember Frahm, to adopt Resolution #1823, granting a <br />Conditional Use Permit, subject to a change in paragragh <br />Findings A) to read "allowed to be removed". Motion, Ayes <br />(3), Nays (0). <br />Mr. Nash was not present for this matter. <br />City Administrator Bernhardson explained the applicants' <br />request to construct a pole barn 10' from the existing lot <br />line where 150' setback is normally required and at least <br />150' from the adjoining residents. <br />Asst. Zonina Administrator noted that approval has been <br />obtained n•,• the adjacent property owner. <br />It was moved by Mayor Butler, seconded by Councilmember <br />Frahm, to adopt Resolution #1824 granting the variance as <br />proposed. INFORMATION <br />Arthur & Dorothy Finkelstein were present for this matter <br />City Administrator Bernhardson explained tnat since the <br />Council reviewed this matter, it was found that Mr. <br />Finkelstein's surveyor made an error in the hardcover <br />calculation, which shows that the actual hardcover in the 75- <br />250' zone is 41.8% rather than 34.51A. Based can the hardcover <br />error, Mr. Finkelstein was instructed to covie back to the <br />Council to determine if additional hardcover must be <br />rerroved . <br />
