i <br />ATTACHMENT TO LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT <br />PERRY -WHITE <br />This application is to straighten a lot line between property <br />owned by Richard W. Perry and Debbie Perry, husband and wife, and <br />Harold and Ann White, husband and wife. <br />Ownership and lot line location have been settled by the parties <br />as part of a lawsuit. This settlement will make the existing line <br />parallel Willow Drive rather than run at an odd angle. <br />The attached Coffin survey shows the existing lot line and <br />the new proposed lot line with legal descriptions for the required <br />conveyances between the parties. <br />No new building sites are created nor is any lot placed substandard <br />as a result of the relocation of tt,e common boundary. <br />We hereby request approval of this lot line rearrangement. <br />&/ - P"'-t A - <br />Richard W.
