TO: Mayor and City Council CITY OF %9NO <br />FROM: Mark Bernhardson, City AdministratZ <br />DATE: August 9, 1985 <br />SUBJECT: Smith - Powers Sewer Matter <br />The appropriate document has been negotiated and presently have <br />signatures from two or three of the appropriate parties that are <br />needed before the City signs the agreement. The only change in <br />the negotiations of any significance was the fact that the City <br />indicated that it would replace any of three trees that would be <br />killed within a year as a result of the sewer matter, w Mhich <br />based on where the lines are running should not be a problem. <br />It is recommended that the time limit that the City oricinally <br />established be extended to the end of August as it appears that <br />it is only a matter of time to get all the signatures, <br />particularly signature from one of the property owners in <br />Beardsley. Minnesota. <br />
