Apparently, the one rod strip was intended to <br />provide access to the properties further east. In fact as <br />the enclosed survey shows, Chippewa Lane Is located on the <br />strip. Nothing In the chain of title, however, establishes <br />the property as a public road. <br />We would like you to sdopt a resolution establisning the <br />strip of land as a public road. We could record that in <br />our chain of title eliminating any questions and showing <br />that we have access to our property. We are planning to <br />refinance and expect that this Issue may arise during that <br />process. Thus, we would appreciate your acting on our <br />request as soon as you can. <br />We have enclosed a draft resolution which could be used. <br />If the City prefers the "Whereas" form of resolutions, <br />the Background section can easily be converted to whereas <br />clauses. <br />Thank you very much for your assistance. <br />Sincerely, <br />.f.
