City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY l'DUNCIL <br />NO. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows: <br />1. That the City Council of the City of Orono, pursuant to the <br />foregoing findings and in accordance with Minnesota <br />Statutes Sections 463.15 to 463.261 hereby orders the <br />-wner(si of the Big Island Veteran's Camp property to raze <br />and remove or repair the structure on the property. <br />2. The City Council of the City of Orono further or('-rs that <br />unless this corrective action is taken or an answer is <br />served upon the City of Orono and f i led in the Of f ice of the <br />Clerk of District Court of Hennepin County, Minnesota, <br />within twenty (20) days from the date of the service of <br />this order, a motion for summary enforcement of this order <br />will be made at District Court of Hennepin County. <br />3. That the City Council of the City of Orono further orders <br />that if the City is compelled to t �►,e corrective action <br />herein all necessary costs expend '— the City will be <br />assessed against the real estate cc.. fined and collected <br />in accordance with Minnesot Statute, Section 463.22.. <br />4. That the City Council of the City of Orono hereby <br />authorizes and directs the Mayor, City Clerk, City <br />Attorney, and other off icers and employees of the City to <br />take slich action, prepare, sign and serve such papers as <br />are necessary to comply with this Order and to assess the <br />cost thereof -yainst the real estate described above for <br />collection a:cng with taxes. <br />Adopted by tt,e ''ity Council of the City of Orono, Kinnesota, <br />this day _y , 1985. <br />APFROVED: <br />Mary C.
