There are /3 families with a total of 27children living <br />at home. <br />D. It would be impossible to control the people and their <br />vehicles. There would certainly be extensive property <br />damage due to the inadaquate size of the read, la^.k of <br />shoulders, no turn around and no sidewalks. <br />E. The Bohns Point neighborhood includes many affluent <br />people. There are obviously strong concerns for the <br />security of personal property as well as family members. <br />In .-Idition to the above concerns there is the question of the <br />propriety of an individual conducting business of this manner ir► a <br />residential area. The true purpose of the Parade of Homes is not <br />to find an individual buyer for the property but to advertize the <br />builder's capabilities.
