City of OR ONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CCUNCIL <br />NO. <br />NOW, THEkEFORF., BE IT RESOLVED as follows: <br />I . That the City Council of the City of Orono, pursuant to the <br />foregoing findings and in accordance with Minnesota <br />Statutes Sections 463.15 to 463.262 hereby orders the <br />owner (s) of the Big Island Veteran's Camp property to raze <br />and remove or repair the structure on the property. <br />2. The City Council of th City of Orono further orders that <br />unless this correcti-e action is taken or an answer is <br />served upon the City or Orono and f i led in the Of f ice of the <br />Clerk of District Court of Hc,inepin County, Minnesota, <br />within twenty (20) days from the date of the E rvice of <br />this order, a motion for summary enforcement of '_his order <br />will be made at District Court of Hennepin County. <br />3. That the City Counci 1 of the City of Orono further orders <br />that if the City is compelled to take corrective action <br />herein all necessary costs expended by the City will be <br />assessed against the real estate concerned and collected <br />in accordance with Minnesota Statute, Section 463.22. <br />4. That the City Council of the City of Orono hereby <br />authorizes and directs the Mayor, City Clerk, City <br />Attorney, and other officers and employees or the City to <br />take such action, prepare, sign and serve such papers as <br />are necessary to comply with this Order and to assess the <br />cost, thereof against the real estate described above for <br />collection along with taxes. <br />Adopted by the City Council cf the City of Orono, Minnesota, <br />this day of _ _ , 1985. <br />APPROVED: <br />Mary C .
