City of OR ONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />11. Exposure hazard - too close to other buildings. <br />12. Orders to remove the structure were issued by the Building <br />Official on August 31, 1984, and May 22, 1985. These <br />orders have not been complied with. <br />this <br />NOW, TB'REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows: <br />1. That t}-- City Council of the City of Orono, pursuant to the <br />foregc,_,ig findings and in accordance with Minnesota <br />Statutes Sections 463.15 to 463.261 hereby orders the <br />r •ner (s) of the Big Island Veteran's Camp property to raze <br />and remove or repair the structure on the proper*:,. <br />2. The City Council of the City of Orono further orders <br />unless this corrective action is taken or an answer is <br />served upon the City of Orono and f i led in the Of f ice of the <br />Clerk of District Court of Hennepin County, Minnesota, <br />within twenty (20) days from the date of the service of <br />this order, a rr-)tion for summary enforcement of this order <br />will b at District Court of Hennepin County. <br />3. That the ouncil of the City of Orono further orders <br />that if t y is compelled to take corrective action <br />herein ; 1. ssary costs expended by the City will be <br />assesseu ac, t the real estate concerned and collected <br />in accordance with Minnesota Statute, Section 463.22. <br />4.
