D. ANNUAL LICENSE FEE - ALL APPLICATIONS <br />Joint Use Dock License Application fee according to the current <br />City Fee Schedule. <br />MINIMUM JOINT USE FEE, per year <br />PLUS SLIP FEE for each permanent <br />moorage slip, lift, dry stack, <br />or buoy slips @ $2.00 each <br />$ 50.00 <br />$ <br />TOTAL DUE THIS APPLICATION $ <br />LATE FEE - Renewals <br />Applications for renewal of licenses shall be made no later than <br />February 1 of the license year. The City shall not accept renewal <br />license applications received after February 1 unless the application <br />is accompanied by a late fee of $25.00. <br />REVIEW PROCEDURE <br />When a complete application is received, the application will be <br />reviewed by the City Council and, in the case cf new or unusual <br />applications, also by the Planning Commission and Marina Committee. <br />The Council will pass upon the application after complete review. <br />THE SUBJECT DOCK MAY BE INSTALLED AND/OR OPENED FOR USE ONLY UPON <br />APPROVAL OF THE. LICENSE BY THE CITY COUNCIL. <br />Pursuant to Section 5.42 of the Orono Municipal Code, the applicant <br />hereby requests the Orono City Council to review this Joint Use Dock <br />License Application, and agrees and authorizes the City of Orono and <br />the City's employees and agents to enter upon the property at any <br />reasonable time to perform safety and code compliance inspections. <br />S i g n e Date <br />Paqe 5 o 5 <br />
