PAGE 13 <br />PUBLIC AUCTION* <br />AUGUST 17, 1985 <br />10:00 A.M. <br />It was moved by Councilmember Adams, seconded by <br />Councilmember Frahm, to approve the public auction to be held <br />at 1285 South Brown Road on Saturday, August 17, 1985, at <br />10:00 A.M. per staff's recommendation. Motion, Ayes (3), <br />Nays (0). <br />PAY TELEPHONE DONATION* <br />It was moved by Councilmember Adams, seconded by <br />Councilmember Frahm, to accept the donation of a pay <br />telephune as requested by Chief Kilbo in his memo dated <br />August 6, 1985. Motion, Ayes (3), Nays (0). <br />TEMPORARY APPOINTMENT* <br />PATROL OFFICER <br />'.t was moved by Councilmember Adams, seconded by <br />Councilmember Frahm, to approve the temporary appointment of <br />a patrol officer as recommended and outlined in City <br />Administrator Bernhardson's memo dated August 9, 1985. <br />Motion, Ayes (3), Nays (0). <br />ADMINISTRATOR'S <br />INFORMATION* <br />It was moved by Councilmember Adams, seconded by <br />Councilmember Frahm, to accept City Administrator <br />Bernhardson's Intormation report regarding: 2695 Casco <br />Point Rd., Crystal Bay Sewer -Change Order, Charles <br />Henke,3536 Lyric Avenue, Crystal Bay Road Report, 130 Cygnet <br />Place, Krutzig Property-Bohn's Point, Highway 12 Corridor, <br />Hennepin County VoTech, Orono -Long Lake -Medina Sewer, <br />Appraiser, Rovegno Fence, Hardcover, and Riparian Access. <br />Motion, Ayes (3), Nays (0). <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S <br />REPORT: <br />CRYSTAL BAY APPEALS STATUS <br />City Attorney Kathleen Blatz updated the Council on the <br />status of the Crystal Bay Appeals. She stated that the <br />property owners requested that the special assessment <br />appeals cases be consolidated which was denied because of a <br />recent judicial block system order. Attorney Blatz stated <br />that at this point the denial to consolidate may be changed <br />and that the Judge has requested a brief f rom each party to be <br />submitted within 30 days, and a decisson will be made at that <br />time. <br />ENFORCEMENT OF LMCD REGULATIONS <br />City Attorney Blatz submitted a memo dated August 12, 1985 <br />regarding Enforcement of Lake Minnetonka Conservation <br />District Regulations. The Council discussed this matter <br />briefly and no action was taken at this time. <br />
