Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (p). <br />Mr. Marvin Seibold and his attorney Mr. Bob <br />Mitchell was present for this application. <br />Councilmember Tim Adams wanted it stated in the <br />record that he was a partner in the farm that Mr. <br />Seibold purchased and he did not feel he had a <br />conflict of interest, if anyone on the council <br />felt he did, he would step down. Council saw no <br />problem and decided it would be acceptable for <br />councilmember Adams to stay seated at the council <br />table. <br />Van Nest r.Dved, Butler seconded, to approve a 30' <br />lakeshore width variance for lot 6 blk 1 subject to <br />the filing of an amended Flowage and Conservation <br />easement permitting construction of a joint or <br />single residential dock per L.M.C.D. standards. <br />Applicant is to work with staff in determining the <br />be :t method of reaching shoreline with limited use <br />of hardcover.
