The fence has been in-
stalled with a permanent foundation and appears to function as an
integral part of the recent landscaping improvements for the
street yard. The fence has been placed approximately 2 feet in
from edge of street right-of-way, running parallel to the road
for distance of 40 feet. The location of the fence creates no
vision problem or safety hazards for adjacent property owners.
