PAGE 10 <br />3465 SHORP:LINE DR. <br />continued <br />Minnie Cathers and Elizabeth Sackrison submitted a petition <br />(Exhibit A) signed by Navarre merchants asking the City to <br />consider waiving the excessive amount of sewer units for the <br />proposed laundromat property. <br />It was moved by Councilmember -rahm, seconded by <br />Councilmember Adams, to table this matter until the August <br />26th Council meeting for staff to review and make a <br />recommendation. Motion, Ayes (3), Nays <br />(0). <br />WILLOW DRIVE 6 OLD CRYSTAL BAY ROAD* <br />NSA VARIANCE <br />RESOLUTIONS 11833 i i1834 <br />It w s moved by Councilmember Adams, seconded by <br />Counc-.lmember Frahm, to <br />adopt the followinC Resolutions: <br />hesolution #1833 - A <br />Resolution setting a speed limit of <br />30 mph along Willow Drive near Fox <br />Street and indemnifying the Minne- <br />sota Dept. of :ransportation from <br />any claims as a result of getting <br />such speed limit. <br />Resolution #1834 - A <br />Resolution setting a speed limit of <br />30 mph along Old Crystal Bay Road <br />from Co. Rd. 84 to Co.
