In ado;tion, consider the <br />following suggested findings: <br />1. Inability of City to determine the overall affects of this <br />proposal on existing wetlands, Lake Minnetonka, watershed, etc. <br />2. Size of project too extensive - Council may consider <br />approving installation of only the decorative pond and require <br />that a culvert and channel be constructed to provide overflow <br />from northern wetlands as it did in past. In addition ask that <br />necessary grading be done to redirect drainage away from southern <br />culvert and return to old drainage pattern. <br />3. The City will establish a negative precedent in the review of <br />similar proposals. <br />
