City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />11. Orders to remove the structure were issued by the Building <br />Official on August 31, 1984, and May 22, 1985. These <br />orders have not been complied with. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BX IT RESOLVED as follows: <br />1 . That the City Counci 1 of the City of Orono, pursuant to the <br />foregoing findings and in acc-)rdance with Minnesota <br />Statutes Sections 463.15 to 463.261 hereby orders the <br />owner (s) of the Big Island Veteran's Camp property to raze <br />and remove the structure on the property. <br />2. The City Council of the City of Orono further orders that <br />unless this corrective action is taken or an answer is <br />served upon the City of Orono and f i led in the Of f ice of the <br />Clerk of District Court of Hennepin County, Minnesota, <br />within twenty (20) days from the date :-)f the service of <br />this order, a motion for summary enforcement of this order <br />will be made at District Court of Hennepin County. <br />3. That the City Council of the City of Orono further order <br />that if the City is , •�ellL d to take corrective acti-r. <br />herein all necessar; .-sts expended by the City will be <br />assessed against the real estate concerned and collected <br />in accordance with Minnesota Statute, Section 463.22. <br />4. That the City Council of the City of Orono her -by <br />authorizes and directs the Mayor, City Clerk, City <br />Attorney, and other officers and employees of the City to <br />take such acti-)n, prepare, sign and serve such papers as <br />are necessary to coy- 'y with this Order and to assess the <br />cost thereof against the real estate described above for <br />collection along with taxes. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota, <br />this __ day of , 1985. <br />APPROVED: <br />Mary C.
