Mabusth, Zoning Administrator <br />DATE: July 18, 1985 <br />SUBJECT: Status report on non -conforming lots at Narrows Bridge <br />In light of Mr. Nutt's absence at the Planning Commission meeting <br />at which his variance application was to be reviewed, I would suggest <br />the following schedule for disciplinary action to be taken against <br />all riparion lot owners based on the following series of events: <br />July 26 - all owners who have not filed variance applications for <br />August 19 Planning Commission meeting will be tagged and <br />their docks tied off from use or other appropriate actions <br />by City. <br />August 19 - all owners, or at that point applicants, who fail to <br />attend will be tagged and docks tied off from use or <br />other appropriate action by City. <br />TO: Mayor and City Council % <br />FROM: Mark Bernhardson, City Administrat I.' <br />The other two non-resident owners had indicated they would file <br />but have not to date. We will keep you advised of actions undertaken. <br />
