l City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />A RESOLUTION DETERMINING THAT ONE SANITARY <br />SEWER SERVICE WILL BE PROVIDED TO THE <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2140 PROSPECT AVENUE <br />KNOWN AS PID #10-117-23 31 0013 AND <br />PID 110-117-23 31 0014 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br />organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, Sewer Project '5-1 was initiated by the City to <br />solve existing on -site sewage treatment problems in the Crystal Bay <br />area, within which PID 410-117-23 31 0013 and PID 410-117-23 310014 are <br />located; nd <br />WHEREAS, the aforementioned parcels are separate for tax <br />purposes, legally described as follows: <br />PID 410-117-23 31 0013 <br />Commencing 420 feet East from a point in the West line of the <br />Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter a distance <br />515.46 feet North from the Southwest corner thereof, then <br />East 93 feet then North 65 feet than West 2 feet than North <br />57.30 feet then West 91 feet then South to the point of <br />beginning; all in Section 10, Township 117 North, Range 23 <br />West, Hennepin County, Minnesota. <br />PID 410-117-23 31 0014 <br />The east 72.5 feet of the West 492.5 feet of I he North 66 feet <br />of the South 703.925 feet of the Northeast quarter of the <br />Southwest quarter, all in Section 10, Township 117 North, <br />Range 23 West, Hennepin County, Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, said parcels are owned in common together, but not <br />owned in common with any other abutting or nearby properties; and <br />WHEREAS, all adjacent lots are occupied; and <br />WHEREAS, the total dry buildable land area of the parcels is <br />0.37 acres, as compared to the existing zoning regulations requiring <br />2.0 acres per buildable site; and <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
