City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY NO. <br />OF <br />ASSESSMENT OF CITY PROPERTIES FOR PROJECT 85-1 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono has properties included in <br />the Crystal Bay sewer project 85-1, and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono has determined that of the <br />nine parcels which based on the Metro Waste Control Commission <br />SAC charges equal approximately 3.5, and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono feels it appropriate that it <br />fund five (5) assessment units for its property, and <br />WHEREAS, each of those units equal $9,235.09 for a total <br />assessment of $46,175.00, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Orono <br />will fund a total of five (5) units for a total of $46,175.00 and <br />that such funds will be budgeted annually out of its General <br />Budget until this entire assr6cment is paid, and <br />THEREFORE FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the City will not <br />reduce this amount unless there is a general reduction in other <br />assessment units in the project, and <br />FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that nothing in this resolution <br />shall preclude the City of Orono from prepaying any or all of its <br />assessment. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a <br />regular meeting held July 8, 1985. <br />Macy C. 1 utivr, Mayor _--- ------ <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy M. flnf f in, City Clerk <br />
