City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. / % <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ASSESSMENT <br />FOR SANITARY SEWER - PROJECT 85-2 <br />ON PROPERTY OWNED BY THE ART CENTER OF MINNESOTA <br />WHEREAS, the City Council if the City of Orono directed <br />at its June 10, 1985, meeting that Project 85-2 be prepared, <br />ordered in, and <br />WHEREAS, the cost of Project 85-2 that was al loted to it <br />from Project 85-1 at 10 assessment units and; <br />WHEREAS, each assessment unit is $9,235.00 for a total <br />assessment of $92,350.00; <br />WHEREAS, the Art Center of Minnesota is the only <br />property in Project 85-2; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the assessment for <br />Project 85-2 be spread against the sole affected property owner, <br />the Art Center of Minnesota. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, <br />Minnesota at a regular meeting held July 8, 1985. <br />Mary C.
