- Supply water to the lake <br />- Possible impact on the recharging of the aquifer (this <br />is a function of the precipitation in the watershed <br />which is evaporated (2/3's) and also the interplay <br />between the lake and the aquifer.) <br />We are presently attempting to determine information necessary to <br />develop the base line case for the various variables to help <br />guide our discussions in the matter. Once a base 1 ine has been <br />developed we hope then on a case by case basis to determine <br />whether specific items improve or worsen the situation from the <br />base line case. <br />As for a means to separately handle trade-off since often '-imes <br />the properties in which trade-off is discussed are all ready <br />in violation of the hardcover as they probably did not have <br />previous variance to be above subject numbers, we are exploring <br />having a proforma variance process which if they are below say <br />30% hardcover (75-250) they would just go through the Planning <br />Commission and Council as consent agenda items at a significantly <br />reduced fee and only if either of those bodies wish to remove <br />then from a consent agenda would they be discussed. <br />Further discussion on this item will be hoped to be brought back <br />to the Council at their August 5th meeting. <br />
