Should any or all of the following be permitted under <br />the farm (stock) exception <br />- Riding Stables/Academy <br />- Renting out or boarding of animals above a specific <br />number (In the Thompson application they were required <br />to get a variance for "the purpose of breeding, training <br />and sale to the public" 9/84) <br />- Increasing the number of animals kept on the farm <br />above 25% of those in 1975 <br />- Holding of events on premise on more than a once per <br />year basis that exceed 50 people in gathering <br />- Bringing animals to the site for breeding commercial <br />purposes <br />- Exceeding the ratio established for animials to <br />pasture (2 acre minimum for one horse and one additional <br />acre for every horse after that) (It should be noted <br />that the Police department has indicated they have had <br />"horse problems" where adequate (not necessarily at 2 <br />acres) pasture has not been available) <br />- Selling of animals onsite <br />- Processing animals and sale of commercial products <br />derived from the primary usage <br />- Combination of any or all the above <br />- Impact of having less that 10 acres (It may requite a <br />variance) <br />B.)
