Proposed Hardcover Percentages - divide the number in D by the number in A and multiply by 100. <br />F. Allowed Hardcover Percentages - if the percentages in column E for any setback zone exceed <br />the allowed percentages in column F, you should contact the Zoning Department at 473-7357 <br />iscuss the possibilities of obtaining a variance. Generally, if a concurrent removal <br />xisting hardcover matches the additional hardcover proposed, resulting in no net increase <br />.iardcover in a specified zone, a variance may not be necessary. <br />
