Ferndale, a lot presently owned by Lakeville <br />Elevator, Company. <br />Specifically, I am requesting two variances: <br />1) A rear- yard set back variance from 50 feet to 37 feet <br />2) A lot coverage variance from 30% to approximately 38% <br />The house that I have designed for this lot is intend►ed <br />to appeal to that segment of the market from 55 to 70 ("eri►pty <br />nesters", if you will pardon the use of a hackneyed <br />expression) who would appreciate being on Ferndale Avenue, <br />close to Woodhill and W a, with access to the Lake <br />M � onka fror►r their c k. <br />The house will sell range from f500, 000-550, 0i►ti a►,d <br />will be designed in the m of a contemporary shingle <br />style.
