Adams seconded, <br />to acknowledge the information received regarding the League <br />of MN Cities Convention. Motion, Ayes (5), Nays (0). <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br />STATUS REPORT ON <br />130 CYGNET PLACE City Attorney Radio updated the Council regarding the <br />violations at 130 Cygnet Place. Radio explained that no <br />progress has been made to correct the Violations at 130 <br />Cygnet Place, even after extending the deadline date for the <br />property owner. <br />Councilmember Frahm moved, Councilmember Grabek seconded, <br />to direct staff to begin criminal proceedings against the <br />owner at 130 Cygnet Place. Motion, Ayes (5), Nays (0). <br />LICENSES* Councilmember Frahm moved, Councilmember T.
