CUUNCI! f4tEETING <br />[JAY 2 81985 <br />MINUTES UftLAFAMDEETING <br />OF SUBURBAN RATE AUTHORITY <br />April 17, 1985 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the quarterly <br />meeting of the Suburban Rate Authority was held at the <br />Ambassador Motor Hotel, in the City of St. Louis Park, <br />Minnesota, on Wednesday, April 17, 1985, commencing at 6:30 <br />p.m. <br />1. Call to Order: The meeting was caller: to <br />order by the Chairman, Graydon Boeck. <br />2.
