He indicated that the only agenda item <br />before the Committee was a review of this proposal. Gray added that in <br />accomplishing this objective, he hoped there would be no need for further <br />meetings of the Committee. <br />Marty Jessen led the review session. He indicated that the draft was based on <br />staff interpretation of the Committee's discussions and consensus during the <br />previous meetings. The Committee was encouraged to comment on any part of the <br />draft. <br />The draft was divided and reviewed in three segments: <br />• Introdgction, including the gift and will, court order, previous <br />planning, the current advisory Committee structure, and overview <br />of the Committee's purpose. <br />• South property, including theme, concept plan, and operations <br />plan for the Estate Garden. <br />• North property, including theme, concept plan, and operations <br />plan for the Noerenberg Nature Area. <br />In discussing the proposal, the following suggestions and comments were <br />made in regard to the specific segments: <br />
